Social Development

Social development within AESA East Africa’s context of operations falls in strengthening the governance and human resource development sub sectors. We support public administrations and civil society organizations to raise their voice and benefit from project activities.
Labor market assessment, skills improvement, Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), education policy formulation, curriculum development to stimulate local entrepreneurship are designed to improve and provide access of people with disabilities and most vulnerable groups into their labor markets.
