Consultancy to provide training services to Kenya bureau of standards staff in Nairobi

Objectives of the Project:
The key objectives of the project are:
● Identify the key requirements of ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, ISO 17043:2010, ISO 17065:2012, ISO 17020:2012
● Interpret and apply Standards requirements from an auditor’s/assessor’s point of view
● Plan, conduct, report and follow up an audit/assessment based on the standards requirements

Services Provided:
● Prepare and submit a technical proposal and financial proposal which should include enough information to aid evaluation of capacity and competency i.e., include sample of training packages, training schedule (programme/plan), sample of assessment criteria and proposed manpower and curriculum vitae of the trainer/trainers.
● Supply training materials to all participants prior to the training session (the training materials include the training manual, respective ISO standards and writing materials for each participant).
● Train the Kenya Bureau of Standards staff on the respective ISO Standards
Training on ISO 17025:2017;
Training on ISO 17043:2010;
Training on ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC Scheme Version 5 for Lead Auditors;
Training on TOT for Integrated Management Systems Standards – ISO 22000:2018, FSSC
Scheme Version 5 and ISO 9001;
ISO 22000:2018 and FSSC (Food Safety for Inspectors);
Training on ISO 17065:2012;
Training on ISO 17020:2012 and;
Training of Market Surveillance Staff on International Best Practices on Market
Surveillance activities.
● Provide attendance register for the training
● Prepare and issue certificates for the successful trainees
● Prepare training report
