Develop a Strategic Plan for the East African Tourism Platform (EATP)

Objectives of the Project:
The objective of the project is to develop a four-year strategic plan including a results and resources framework, a matrix of key policy issues per member country, a matrix of needs assessment areas per member country, and reporting on the process including stakeholder consultations and workshops

Services Provided:
● Review the vision and mission based on EATP mandate
● Undertake stakeholder mapping and analysis
● identify focus areas and develop strategic objectives and key result areas for the same through a consultative process and application of an appropriate tool of analysis,
● Review the institutional capacity, organizational set-up against the EATP mandate and the identified strategic objectives and key result areas; and make recommendations if any;
● Propose a strategy for achieving the strategic objectives and key results
● Develop a results and resources framework for the plan period
● Present the draft strategic plan for validation
● Finalize Strategic plan
● Submit to the EATP
