We promote quality assurance for our clients through the establishment of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and the preparation of technical reports and strategic policies.
We provide consultancy services to agribusiness projects and investments comprising the development of business plans, studies, economic and financial appraisals, and assessment of organizational structures for clients in both private and public sectors. We also research and devise strategies to increase market access for our clients.
We ensure our consultancy services are positively impacting stakeholders and partners. We elaborate modules, technical guidelines, manuals, and training materials for community development activities aimed at empowering local beneficiaries.
